Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid license and UAE/DHA or DOH as required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in occupational health or site-based care.

• Coordinate ambulance services when required in emergencies.
• Monitor and record employees' vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications per medical protocols.

Site Nurse

We are looking for a Site Nurse, who is responsible for providing primary healthcare, first aid, and emergency medical support to employees on the project site. The role includes assessing and treating minor injuries and illnesses, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining medical records, promoting occupational health, and supporting the company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the project site.
• Assess, treat, and document minor illnesses and workplace injuries.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance services when required.
• Monitor and record employees' vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and basic treatments in accordance with medical protocols.
• Maintain the site clinic, medical equipment, and first aid supplies.
• Conduct routine inspections of first aid boxes and emergency medical equipment.
