Qualifications

• Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Valid nursing license from local health authorities (DOH/DHA/MOH or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing or medical practice experience, preferably on construction or engineering projects.
• Strong skills in occupational health assessments and workplace health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health services and medical surveillance on site.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical response at the construction site.
• Maintain confidential medical records and coordinate with HR and insurers.
• Conduct health education and induction sessions for site personnel.
