Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks an experienced nurse to lead on-site health services for a UAE construction project. You will run the primary health care clinic, triage injuries, and coordinate emergency evacuations with local authorities. The role emphasizes DHA-compliant clinic operations and accurate medical records.

Requirements include a BSc Nursing, an active DHA license, and 3+ years in occupational health in the UAE. BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) with UAE licensure.
• 3+ years of nursing experience on construction sites or occupational health in UAE.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate primary healthcare triage and first aid for site injuries and illnesses.
• Manage emergency stabilization and coordinate ambulance dispatch and hospital transfers.
• Maintain on-site clinic in compliance with DHA MOH licensing regulations.
• Oversee inventory of pharmaceuticals, emergency supplies, oxygen, and AEDs.
• Maintain confidential medical records and injury logs in privacy-compliant manner.
• Monitor heat stress, run rehydration stations, and deliver health campaigns.
• Conduct hygiene audits of site facilities and worker accommodations.

Primary Health Care First Aid

Provide immediate primary healthcare triage and professional emergency first aid treatment for all site injuries and illnesses

Emergency Evacuation Management

Manage emergency patient stabilization and coordinate rapid ambulance dispatch and hospital transfers with local UAE emergency services

Medical Clinic Administration

Maintain the on-site clinic in full compliance with Dubai Health Authority DHA Ministry of Health MOH licensing regulations

Medical Inventory Equipment

Manage inventory of approved pharmaceuticals emergency medical supplies oxygen cylinders and defibrillators AEDs

Occupational Health Records

Maintain confidential medical records injury logs and treatment sheets for all project personnel in compliance with privacy laws

Heat Stress Health Campaigns

Monitor heat index during summer months manage rehydration stations and deliver health awareness campaigns heat stress diabetes hygiene

Camp Site Hygiene Audits

Conduct regular hygiene inspections of site drinking water welfare facilities rest shelters and worker accommodations

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing); Active, valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Nurse License; 3+ years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications; Occupational Health Nursing certificate.

Professional Licenses / Certifications:

Valid DHA Nursing License (Mandatory).

Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience:

3–6 years of nursing experience with proven background in construction site clinics or occupational health in the UAE.
