Job summary

CCECC Dubai is seeking a qualified Site Nurse to support its construction project team. The role focuses on providing first aid and emergency medical care, monitoring employee health, maintaining medical records, and supporting occupational health and workplace-safety initiatives.

The candidate should hold a DHA or MOH license (or eligibility), have 2–3 years of nursing experience, and be available for immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid DHA or MOH License, or eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Construction or industrial site experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and occupational health.
• Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain medical records and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Familiar with medical-record management, incident reporting, HSE procedures, health awareness, preventive care, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to construction personnel.
• Monitor employees’ health, wellbeing, and fitness for work on site.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and incident documentation.
• Support workplace health awareness and preventive-care initiatives.
• Coordinate with local clinics and hospitals when medical assistance is required.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and medical procedures.
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
