Job summary

Electra Events & Exhibitions is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations for major Dubai events. You will coordinate event build‑ups, manage crews and vendors, and enforce safety standards to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication to maintain timelines and high safety compliance across all phases of a live event.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities during event build-up, live event days, and dismantling phases.
• Ensure site layouts are prepared, marked, and delivered in line with event requirements and safety standards.
• Supervise crews, contractors, and vendors involved in setup and breakdown.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols across the site.
• Act as the main point of contact with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor site progress against project timelines and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Oversee logistics, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency on-site.
• Ensure the site is properly restored and cleaned post-event.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within events, exhibitions, or live productions

Other skills and competencies

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Willingness to travel for events as required.

• You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
• You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
• You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
