Job summary

INTEXT INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out renovation and civil construction activities at project sites in the UAE. You will review drawings, coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers, and plan daily site activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, with 2-3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction

Qualifications

• Review project drawings, specifications and BOQs to ensure accurate execution.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent site supervision and coordination skills.
• Must read and interpret multiple drawings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out renovation and civil construction activities on sites.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical or quality issues.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports and site records.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid delays.
• Verify measurements for billing variations and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure HSE standards are implemented on site.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Hand over projects successfully meeting client expectations.
