Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Officer with UAE construction experience to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across project sites. The role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections and promoting safe work practices in line with UAE regulations and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, possess NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE construction experience as an HSE Officer.
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and HSE regulations.
• Experience in risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Familiarity with PTW systems and toolbox talks.
• Ability to train site teams and guide safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety programs at construction sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports and records.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses and prepare reports.
• Monitor PPE, permit‑to‑work systems and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on safety matters.
• Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented and tested.
• Maintain environmental compliance and waste management practices.
• Support internal and external HSE audits.
