Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental field or related (required).
• 5+ years of experience in HSE/environmental management within construction projects.
• Strong site-based construction experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and construction HSE requirements.
• Experience in environmental monitoring, waste management, pollution prevention, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE and environmental requirements.
• Implement and maintain the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and HSE procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, environmental audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor waste management, hazardous materials, dust, noise, air quality, water pollution, and spill control.
• Ensure proper segregation, storage, handling, and disposal of construction waste.
• Prepare HSE/environmental reports and records.
