Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an HSE Environmental Engineer – Site Projects to implement and monitor environmental requirements on construction sites in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with project requirements, UAE regulations, and applicable environmental standards.

The role involves implementing the EMP, conducting site inspections and audits, and coordinating with subcontractors to maintain environmental performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HSE/environmental management within construction projects.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Experience in environmental monitoring, waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental reporting.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or relevant HSE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE and environmental requirements.
• Implement the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and HSE procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, environmental audits, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure environmental compliance.
• Liaise with authorities regarding environmental matters.
