Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 35 years of site engineering QA/QC or installation experience, preferably in marble/building materials.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and interpreting drawings.
• Experience with WIRs, site inspections, QA/QC documentation.

Responsibilities

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Site Engineer QA/QC for an established building materials company with a marble manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for monitoring site installation works ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications conducting quality inspections preparing technical documentation and coordinating with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.

Responsibilities:

• - Prepare shop drawings for installation based on project requirements and approved specifications.
• - Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• - Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) to consultants/clients for approval.
• - Monitor installation works to ensure proper alignment dimensions finishing and quality as per approved drawings and samples.
• - Conduct regular site inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• - Identify discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings and coordinate corrective actions.
• - Assist in installation planning material coordination and technical verification.
• - Record and report installation progress quality issues defects and site observations to the Project Manager.
• - Ensure compliance with project QA/QC checklists specifications and quality standards.
• - Coordinate with site teams consultants clients and internal departments to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
• - Ensure defects are identified and rectified before handover.
