Job summary

NAFFCO Careers is seeking a hands-on Fire Stopping Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities in Dubai, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, managing multiple sites, and driving safety, quality and timely delivery under demanding schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire Stopping site execution and coordination within the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and manage site-related activities effectively.
• Good knowledge of site production, quality control, and inspection procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise Fire Stopping site activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards.
• Review project drawings, method statements, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation at site.
• Plan and manage daily site operations, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and progress monitoring.
• Handle multiple project sites simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and completion of works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.
• Monitor site productivity, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required by management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to ensure proper execution of fire stopping works.
• Support overall project planning, coordination, and successful delivery within the defined schedule.
