Job Description

• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope and adherence to requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from engineering drawings to support timely material procurement.
• Supervise and monitor site staff to maximize efficiency and maintain steady work progress.
• Planned, executed, monitored, and evaluated site activities, ensuring progress inspections and approvals are carried out on time and by technical standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores to monitor material requirements, ensuring uninterrupted supply and compliance with technical specifications.
• Facilitate smooth site operations through effective communication and coordination between project management and site supervisory staff.
• Strictly adhere to QA/QC and safety procedures to ensure the highest standards are upheld throughout the project.

Requirements
