Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Field Supervisor Civil Engineer to oversee daily execution of excavation formwork, rebar placement, concrete casting, blockwork, plaster and finishes on luxury villa and high‑rise projects.

You will verify setting-out lines and levels against drawings, coordinate trades, ensure safety and prepare progress logs for the Project Engineer.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested with equivalency & MOFA) required.
2–8 years of civil site experience in UAE.
AutoCAD proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily execution of excavation formwork, rebar placement, concrete casting, blockwork, plaster and finishes.
Verify setting-out lines, finished floor levels, column plumbness and dimensions against approved shop drawings.
Accompany consultant inspectors during site walkthroughs for WIR verification and sign-off.
Coordinate gang productivity and assign daily tasks to foremen for efficient material utilization.
Inspect finishes quality for luxury villa and high-rise works (tiling, painting, joinery, fixtures).
Enforce site safety: PPE usage, housekeeping, scaffold tagging and guideline compliance.
Raise daily and weekly store requisitions for rebars, cement, sand, masonry and finishing materials.
Compile daily progress logs of labor, equipment hours and completed quantities for the Project Engineer.
