Job summary

Sobha Constructions Llc in Dubai seeks an experienced site engineer to supervise civil, MEP and faade works on major projects. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, quality standards and schedules, coordinating with consultants, architects and subcontractors daily.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree and hands-on experience with high-rise, commercial or hospitality schemes, plus a strong emphasis on safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil, MEP and faade works on large projects.
• Ability to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for Civil (Structural & Finishing), MEP, and Faade works.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to achieve project targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, project managers, vendors, and other disciplines for smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight critical issues to management.
• Verify completed work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely closure of snags and punch list items.
• Assist in material planning, quantity verification, and site resource management.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality parameters, and specified timelines.
