Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC is seeking a site supervisor to manage residential or tower project components on a Dubai site. The role involves supervising foremen and workers, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate will apply QA/QC standards, maintain safety on site, and report daily progress and productivity to the planning engineer. Prior experience in similar scale projects is required.

Qualifications

• Understand fully the specifications and drawings related to the works.
• Assess manpower, equipment, or other resources required to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain company QA/QC standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts of a construction project on site.
• Provide technical advice and supervise staff on site.
• Submit daily reports (DLR) and productivity reports (DPR) to planning engineer.
• Coordinate with safety officer to maintain HSE standards.
• Liaise with QA/QC engineer to address non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely completion as per project schedule and budget.
