Role Overview

ASGC Group is recruiting a Site Engineer (Civil) to manage on-site construction operations for ongoing development projects in Dubai. The role centers on supervising daily structural and finishing activities, interpreting engineering drawings, enforcing QA/QC and safety standards, monitoring subcontractor progress, and ensuring structural execution aligns with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site execution, including excavation, concrete pouring, formwork assembly, steel reinforcement, masonry blockwork, and architectural finishing.
• Ensure all civil works comply strictly with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and standard method statements.
• Direct foremen, subcontractors, and field teams while coordinating with external engineering consultants during routine site inspections.
• Inspect incoming construction materials to ensure compliance with approved technical submittals and QA/QC quality parameters.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all active site sectors.
• Generate daily progress logs, site reports, and project documentation for the Project Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 to 7 years of hands‑on site engineering experience in major commercial or residential building construction.
• Technical Proficiency: High command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural/construction management software tools.
• Core Competencies: Structural & finishing supervision, drawing interpretation, site safety enforcement, quality control inspections, and subcontractor management.
