Job summary

Increation Interiors LLC in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator & Site Engineer to join our operations team. This hands-on role blends desk-based coordination with on-site technical oversight to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to specification.

You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients, conduct regular site visits, support programme tracking, and assist with procurement and handover.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in commercial fit-out or similar UAE projects.
• Engineering or construction management background.
• Comfortable on-site and in office settings.

Responsibilities

Increation Interiors is a commercial interior fit-out contractor delivering projects for blue-chip corporate clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including DIFC and ADGM. We're looking for a Project Coordinator & Site Engineer to join our operations team.

This is a hands-on, dual-role position - part desk-based coordination, part on-site technical oversight. You'll work closely with the Operations Director to keep projects moving on programme, on budget, and to spec.

What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day project administration: submittals, RFIs, material tracking, and documentation
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives on project status and site issues
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to drawings/specifications
• Support programme tracking and flag delays or risks early
• Assist with procurement follow-ups and coordination between site and office
• Maintain accurate records: snag lists, inspection reports, and progress documentation
• Support handover and closeout processes

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years' experience in commercial fit-out, interior contracting, or MEP/construction coordination in the UAE
• Engineering or construction management background (degree or diploma)
• Comfortable both in the office and on active construction sites
• Strong communication skills - you'll be the link between site teams, consultants, and management
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar) is a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
