Job summary

Increation Interiors LLC in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator & Site Engineer to join our operations team. This hands-on role blends desk-based coordination with on-site technical oversight to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to specification.

You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients, conduct regular site visits, support programme tracking, and assist with procurement and handover.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in commercial fit-out or similar UAE projects.
• Engineering or construction management background.
• Comfortable on-site and in office settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project administration and documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients on status and site issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Support programme tracking and flag delays or risks early.
• Assist with procurement follow-ups and site-office coordination.
• Maintain records: snag lists, inspection reports, progress documentation and handover prep.
