Silver Land Contracting L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive Project Engineer to lead and execute residential building projects (G+4). The role ensures delivery on time, within budget, and to specified quality and safety standards, coordinating closely with site teams, subcontractors, procurement and management for smooth execution.

This hands-on position requires strong planning and coordination of site activities, ensuring material availability, inspections and daily progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of site supervision, quality control, and construction procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements is an advantage.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven project engineer to manage and execute residential building projects G +4.

The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality and safety standards. The candidate will coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, procurement and management to ensure smooth execution.

This is a hands on role requiring strong control over site activities planning and coordination.

Skills

Required Qualifications & Experience
