Job summary

Client of Adler Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer with mandatory experience in Transmission Line projects and hands-on expertise in Pile Foundation works. You will supervise civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring quality, safety and timely execution as per project specifications and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising transmission line civil works, managing pile foundation execution, ensuring tower foundation integrity,

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of civil construction experience.
Mandatory experience in transmission line projects.
Hands-on pile foundation supervision and execution.

Responsibilities

Supervise civil construction activities for transmission line projects at sites.
Monitor pile foundation works including layout, boring, reinforcement, and concreting.
Ensure tower foundations meet drawings, specs and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project teams to meet timelines.
Maintain quality control with material inspection and concrete testing.
Verify survey layouts, excavation levels, reinforcement details and shuttering.
Keep daily progress, site records and inspection documentation up to date.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues with design teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and contractor productivity on site.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and inspection teams for site approvals.
