Job summary

Hudson IT and Manpower seeks an experienced Site Civil Engineer for major Power Transmission Line projects in the UAE. You will supervise civil construction activities, manage foundations for transmission towers, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specs, and client requirements on site.

Requirements include a B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering, 5–12 years of Gulf experience, and immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in transmission line projects.
• Gulf experience mandatory and immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction for overhead transmission line projects.
• Manage foundation construction for transmission towers.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, standards and client requirements.
• Monitor tower foundations, stub setting, anchor bolts and alignment.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections per ITPs and QA/QC standards.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials and construction schedules.
• Coordinate soil testing, surveying, levels and setting-out for foundations.
• Maintain site inspection reports and project documentation.
• Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safe working practices.
