Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is hiring experienced Site Civil Engineers for major Power Transmission Line Projects in the UAE.

You will supervise civil construction activities, manage foundation works, and ensure works meet drawings, specs, and client requirements. You will coordinate with project teams, conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance throughout project execution, with Gulf experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Full-time B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5-12 yrs exp
• Proven hands-on experience in Transmission Line Projects.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities for overhead transmission line projects.
• Manage foundation construction for transmission towers, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and backfilling.
• Ensure civil works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, project standards, and client requirements.
• Monitor tower foundation works, stub setting, anchor bolt positioning, and foundation alignment.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, surveyors, subcontractors, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate soil testing, surveying, levels, and setting-out activities as required for transmission line foundations.
• Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures and maintain site inspection reports, daily progress reports, and relevant project documentation.
• Identify site issues, resolve technical challenges, and coordinate corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices at all times.
