Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to oversee on-site civil activities for Renewable EPC projects in the UAE. The role requires supervising foundations, roads, drainage, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with designs, safety, and quality standards.

You will liaise with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives, monitor progress, and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance throughout construction and site handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification or licensure preferred.
• 2-5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in renewable energy (solar/wind).
• Familiarity with construction management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficient in civil design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site civil works including foundations, roads, drainage and infrastructure.
• Monitor day-to-day construction to align with designs and safety standards.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and methods for compliance with specs.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality.
• Maintain site documentation, reports and logs for handovers and audits.
