Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site architectural works ensuring alignment with approved plans and specifications
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship across all construction stages
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and consultants to resolve design issues
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards
• Address on-site challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain progress
• Prepare progress reports highlighting deviations, risks and corrective actions
• Maintain documentation including site logs, inspection reports and change records
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project expectations
