Candidates must hold a bachelor 's Degree in Architecture and bring at least 20 years of professional experience in construction supervision, architectural site management, or major project delivery. Extensive practical knowledge of architectural construction, building codes, quality control procedures, site coordination, and construction standards is required. The position is particularly suited to professionals who have managed commercial, large-scale, or technically complex building projects. Strong project management capability is essential, including experience coordinating multiple workstreams, monitoring schedules, reviewing progress, controlling quality, and making decisive technical judgments under pressure. Candidates should be proficient in CAD applications and construction management programs. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling, digital project tracking systems, and modern construction management platforms will provide additional value.
