Job summary

Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Site Acquisition & Partnerships Associate to identify and develop AV/EV infrastructure locations across the UAE. This field-based role requires significant property visits, stakeholder outreach and pipeline building.

You will engage property owners, qualify sites, and support commercial discussions while contributing to the charging network rollout on approved sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, business development, real estate, field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching businesses and property representatives directly.
• Highly proactive, persistent and organized; enjoys field work.
• Good English communication; knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• UAE driving licence is highly preferred.

About the Role

We are building an AV (autonomous vehicle) and EV charging infrastructure network across UAE and are looking for energetic, proactive Site Acquisition & Partnerships Associates to help identify and develop suitable locations.

This is a field-based role. You will spend significant time visiting properties across UAE, identifying property owners and decision-makers, introducing our infrastructure proposition, qualifying locations and generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Identification

• Identify potential AV/EV infrastructure locations and build a structured pipeline of target properties.
• Physically visit properties to understand parking, access and operating arrangements.
• Record property and contact information accurately in the company CRM/database.
• Visit properties and introduce the company and AV/EV infrastructure proposition.
• Speak with property managers, facilities managers, leasing teams, business owners and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct initial calls, emails and follow-ups to generate interest and arrange meetings for the Lead.
• Build positive initial relationships and maintain professional follow-up.
• Support the Lead during commercial discussions and site assessments as required.
• Support the development and building of the charging infrastructure on approved sites until completion.

Candidate Profile

Essential

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, field sales, customer acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching businesses and property representatives directly.
• Highly proactive, persistent and organized.
• Comfortable spending most of the working week outside the office visiting properties.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Valid UAE driving licence is highly preferred.

Preferred

• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Experience in real estate, property management, facilities management, parking, EV charging or mobility.
• Existing local business/property contacts.
• Arabic language skills.
• UAE-based sales or business-development experience.
