Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain simulators for peak performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues; source repairs.
• Prepare equipment for offsite events and assist setup/teardown.
• Support guests during sessions with clear guidance.
• Maintain records of equipment, stock, and maintenance.
• Handle admin, reporting, and bookings performance.
• Support client enquiries and upsell where appropriate.
• Contribute to planning and growth initiatives.
• Help keep facility clean and event-ready.
