Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in flooring or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond promptly and effectively to incoming opportunities generated through marketing endeavours.
• Actively build and maintain relationships with homeowners, freelancers, industry partners and small interior designers.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their flooring requirements and provide expert advice on options and design solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals to drive portfolio growth.
• Use expert knowledge of Nordic Homeworx’s range to tailor consultations to client preferences and lifestyle.
• Build lasting client relationships with personalised guidance and follow-up.
• Represent Nordic Homeworx at industry events and trade shows.
