Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to provide design services, helping clients choose materials and furnishings while aligning with budget, schedule and owner expectations from project inception to occupancy.

You will determine client goals, prepare final plans with CAD tools, place orders, manage installations, cultivate new clients and nurture existing relationships, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications.
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
• Responsible for cultivating and marketing to new clients and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Ensure awareness and understanding of product range knowledge, sharing the information with customers to encourage sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals, while enhancing and developing the business.
• Set costs and project fees according to budget.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
