Business Umbrella is seeking a Project Sales Executive (Wood Viny Carpet) in Dubai to drive project-based sales to builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors. You will build strong client relationships, present product portfolios, and secure orders from major projects.

The role requires proven project sales experience in flooring or building materials, a solid industry network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project sales, preferably flooring tiles or building materials.
• Strong network within construction and interior design industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project-segment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders and contractors.
• Present product portfolios, samples and specs to clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and close orders.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing strategies.
