Job summary

Mayfair Flooring in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive flooring sales across showrooms, site visits and B2B relationships. The role offers a hands-on sales environment with relocation and visa assistance.

You will build a premium customer experience, develop relations with designers, architects and contractors, and progress opportunities from inquiry to closed sale in a fast-growing premium flooring business.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within interiors, flooring, fit-out, building materials, kitchens or a similar industry.
• Comfortable selling to both homeowners and industry professionals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in the showroom and visit clients and projects on site.
• Prepare and present flooring solutions, follow up quotations, and close sales.
• Develop relationships with interior designers, fit-out companies, architects, contractors and developers.
• Proactively identify new projects and potential B2B accounts.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and coordinate with operations and installation teams.
