Miral Experiences is seeking a Show Quality and Standards Director to lead the development and implementation of show, experience, and quality standards across our theme parks and attractions. You will bring together storytelling, design, operations, entertainment, F&B, retail, and guest services to deliver cohesive and immersive experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in theme parks or tourist attractions.
• Strong knowledge of guest experience management and operations.
• Proven leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement and financial planning.
