Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks a Creative Arts & Motion Design Manager to lead the development and execution of world-class visual content for entertainment offerings, attractions, and guest experiences. You will guide static and digital assets and ensure a consistent, high-quality visual identity.

Partnering with Entertainment, Marketing, Production, and external vendors, you will oversee design, motion graphics, environmental graphics and show branding, delivering on time and on budget while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a visual discipline.
• 5+ years in motion graphics design or animation.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro and CINEMA 4D.
• Experience designing for entertainment, events or destinations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual creative development from concept to delivery for shows and experiences.
• Develop mood boards, visual identities, and style guides for campaigns.
• Oversee asset creation including key art, signage, and environmental graphics.
• Ensure brand standards across entertainment offerings and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery and explore new technologies.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and translate objectives into visuals.
