Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a Creative Arts & Motion Design Manager to lead the development and execution of world‑class visual creative content for its entertainment offerings, attractions and events. You will oversee graphic design, motion graphics, digital media, environmental graphics and show branding while ensuring top-quality standards across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, visual communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design or animation.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing creative teams or projects.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or similar tools.
• Strong graphic design across print, digital and environmental applications.
• Experience developing concepts for entertainment, events, attractions or destination experiences.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual creative development from concept through delivery for entertainment projects.
• Develop treatments, mood boards, visual identities, style guides, and presentation materials.
• Oversee static and digital assets including key art, signage, environmental graphics, and show branding.
• Establish and maintain visual identity standards across offerings and campaigns.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to support live shows, events, activations and experiences.
• Provide input on scenic treatments, stage visuals, screen content and environmental storytelling.
• Lead multimedia content including motion graphics, video, LED content and immersive media.
• Manage multiple workstreams, budgets, schedules and stakeholder expectations.
