Miral is seeking a Creative Arts & Motion Design Manager to lead the development and execution of world-class visual content across Miral Experiences, attractions, seasonal events, campaigns and guest experiences. The role oversees the creative direction, design and production of static and digital assets, ensuring a consistent, innovative visual identity.

You will manage internal and external teams, collaborate with Marketing, Production, Operations, IP partners and vendors, drive storytelling

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, animation or related field.
• 5 years of professional motion graphics/animation experience.
• 2 years leading creative teams or projects.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or similar tools.
• Strong branding, typography, layout and identity development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead visual creative development from concept to delivery for shows, attractions and campaigns.
• Develop mood boards, visual identities, style guides and presentation materials.
• Create static and digital assets: key art, signage, graphics and merch visuals.
• Maintain brand standards across Miral Experiences and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, operations and IP teams on visual elements.
• Provide input on scenic treatments, stage visuals, projection and immersive media.
• Develop multimedia content including motion graphics, digital screens and LED content.
• Explore AI tools and real-time rendering to innovate visual solutions.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
