Job summary

Wtsenergy is seeking an Expeditor to collect, verify, and organize shipment documentation, ensuring complete and compliant records before shipments progress. The role supports transportation and control tower teams with accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in logistics documentation, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with SLI, HS codes, and regulatory requirements. This is an on-site position in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics documentation or expediting.
• Experience in control tower operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Request, collect, and verify all required documents from shippers or exporters.
• Ensure the Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLI) is complete and accurate, including HS codes and routing details.
• Review and validate the documentation checklist with support teams.
• Confirm all documents are uploaded correctly and add any required notes or comments.
• Resolve missing or inaccurate documentation issues with shippers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and customs requirements.
• Communicate shipment readiness to the transportation and control tower teams.
• Note any special cargo instructions (e.g. DG, reefer, military, pharma).
• Maintain organized digital records and proper document storage.
• Prepare documentation status updates and completion reports.
