Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai seeks a shift supervisor to oversee culinary staff, train juniors, and ensure strict adherence to recipes, specifications, and HACCP guidelines. You will lead a team, optimize equipment use, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while maintaining top quality and safety standards.

Competenze

• Must have ability to supervise and train staff in a culinary environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Mansioni

• Allocate work to subordinates, observe productivity, assist and coordinate with senior staff for training.
• Supervise all staff within the shift/section and ensure quality of work.
• Participate in training of culinary skills for junior staff.
• Assist seniors and manage equipment utilization and daily resource allocation.
• Make decisions on product receipt according to guidelines and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor HACCP records and implement corrective actions.
• Review and revise recipes to reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Propose cost-reduction ideas in consultation with seniors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to specifications and recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and hygiene.
