HR Ways is hiring a Data & Systems Administrator to manage SFCC backend operations, ensuring catalog, pricing, and content data accuracy. You will coordinate with marketing and operations to support campaigns, inventory, and reporting across multiple brands in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 4–7 years SFCC experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong data validation skills. On-site in Dubai with health benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–7 years hands-on experience administering Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Experience with catalog, pricebook management, and job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• SFCC Backend Administration: manage Business Manager environment, catalogs, pricebooks, promotions, and content slots.
• Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls across multiple instances.
• Monitor jobs, data pipelines, and troubleshoot failures.
