Job summary

RAQMEA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM QA Engineer in Dubai to lead quality assurance activities for Strategic Portfolio Management implementations. You will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to verify functional and technical requirements.

You will perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across SPM modules, document defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure coverage. Strong knowledge of SPM modules and agile practices is essential.

Qualifications

4–10 years of QA/testing experience with at least 2 years on ServiceNow SPM.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules (Project, Demand, Resource, Portfolio Management).
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
Familiarity with testing tools (JIRA, Zephyr, or similar).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
ServiceNow certifications in SPM (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow SPM implementations.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across SPM modules.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Validate SPM configurations including Project, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio Management modules.
Support performance and load testing activities.
Ensure quality standards are met before deployment to production.
Prepare and maintain QA documentation and reports.
