Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for a major transformation in the UAE. You will architect and tune GRC, IRM, and SecOps workflows, collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations.

The role emphasizes process reengineering, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of KPIs and dashboards in a multi-provider environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM and SecOps.
• Hands-on experience with policies, controls, risk assessments, and audits.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Agile delivery experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BIA and continuity planning workflows

We're supporting a leading organisation on a major ServiceNow transformation and are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant with strong experience across GRC, BCM & TPRM. This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale, multi-provider environment, driving governance, risk, and compliance initiatives end-to-end.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the implementation and optimisation of GRC, SecOps, and Business Continuity modules
• Designing and configuring risk frameworks, policies, controls, and audit processes
• Delivering Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity planning workflows
• Working closely with technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations
• Driving process reengineering to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery
• Supporting training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Implementing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM / SecOps
• Proven track record in functional design and process transformationHands‑on experience with policies, controls, risk assessments, and audits
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
