Job summary

NewRocket, an AI-first Elite ServiceNow Partner, seeks a skilled ServiceNow developer in Dubai to design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications on the Now Platform.

You will integrate NLP, predictive analytics, and ML features into ServiceNow modules, manage full development lifecycle, and configure REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, or development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.
• Proficiency with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Builder.
