Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics invites applications for a Warehouse Operations role in Dubai. The successful candidate will coordinate picking, packing, and outbound processing, ensuring accuracy of SKUs and order details.

You will keep systems updated, address stock shortages, damaged items, and perform routine inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field and 1–3 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse picking, order preparation, and outbound processing based on system work orders.
• Verify SKUs, product quantities, and order details to ensure accuracy.
• Update order and work-order status in the system in a timely manner.
• Follow up on stock shortages, incorrect items, damaged goods, and other operational issues.
• Support inventory counts and daily warehouse management activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team and escalated operational issues to the supervisor when required.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Team Leader.

About The Team
