As a Service Engineer based in Dubai, you will thoughtfully guide the commissioning and servicingof our high-complexity products. Your collaborative contributions will ensure our clients receive

This position demands a highly mobile professional ready to commit to 60–80% international travel to deliver hands-on, on-site expertise to our customers throughout the EMEA region.
What are your key responsibilities
- Commissioning & Care: Harmoniously carry out spreader commissioning, installation, andthoughtful warranty repair works on newly delivered spreaders.
- Collaborative Support: Provide empathetic technical assistance and guidance for theinstallation and troubleshooting of equipment, gently supporting our service agents.
- Responsive Servicing: Undertake preventative and responsive service calls, ensuringproduct and system repairs warmly meet our customers' needs and specifications.
- Insightful Recommendations: Conduct thorough site inspections and identify opportunities to suggest helpful parts, refurbishments, and upgrades that truly support our customers.
- Knowledge Sharing: Cultivate community by delivering technical training and sharingvaluable knowledge on product maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair with ourcustomers.

What you bring to the role
- Education & Experience: Educational background in Electronics, PLC Programming, or anequivalent technical field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant business/product experience,specifically involving service work or assembling large industrial machinery.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical drawings.Foundational understanding of PLC software programming and hands-on experience with
heavy machinery.
- Systems & Diagnostics: Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.Strong computer literacy combined with advanced fault-finding and error-diagnostic logic.
- Compassionate Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, paired with warminterpersonal skills that allow you to comfortably connect, communicate, and build consensus
with others. Spanish and/or French language is an additional merit.
- Collaborative Team Player: You deeply value teamwork while also feeling confident inindependently nurturing assignments to completion
- Commitment to Documentation: Diligent and thoughtful documentation skills to ensuretransparent and clear communication across teams.
