Job summary

Bromma, a division of Kalmar, is seeking a Service Engineer based in Dubai to lead commissioning, installation and service for high-complexity spreaders. You will support customers on-site, work closely with service agents, and drive operational excellence across the EMEA region.

The role requires 2+ years in service of large industrial machinery, strong reading of electrical/mechanical drawings, and English fluency; Spanish or French is a plus.

Qualifications

Educational background in Electronics, PLC Programming, or an equivalent technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of service work or installation experience on large industrial machinery.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; basic PLC software understanding.
Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French are a plus.

Responsibilities

Commissioning & Care: perform spreader commissioning, installation and warranty repair on new equipment.
Collaborative Support: provide technical assistance for installation and troubleshooting.
Responsive Servicing: conduct preventive and responsive service calls to meet customer needs.
Insightful Recommendations: inspect sites and suggest parts, refurbishments and upgrades.
Knowledge Sharing: deliver technical training and share maintenance and repair knowledge.
