Job summary

E3 Company in Dubai, UAE seeks a Field Service Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting. You will apply hydraulic, power transmission, electronics, and machine control expertise to ensure equipment uptime and safety.

The role requires field experience, a driver’s license, and the ability to travel with some overnight stays. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have prior field experience in a related area.
• Hydraulic and electrical experience is preferred.
• Able to pull a tandem axle trailer.
• Proficient in English and able to travel/overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve pressure and flow problems in fluid power systems.
• Service and maintain valves, actuators, mechanical couplings, and high-pressure components.
• Apply AC/DC electrical theory to real-world maintenance situations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and their control circuits.
• Work with PLCs, analog and digital sensors, and electronic devices.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules using SOPs to minimize wear and failures.
• Accurately use assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain good condition of tools and supplies required for tasks.
• Safely rig and relocate equipment using appropriate lifting techniques and tools.

The Field Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. This role requires knowledge to be applied in hydraulics, power transmission, electronics, and machine control systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve pressure and flow problems in these fluid power systems.
• Service and maintain valves, actuators, mechanical couplings, and high-pressure components.
• Apply AC/DC electrical theory to real-world maintenance situations.
• Diagnose, and repair electrical systems and their control circuits.
• Work with PLCs, analog and digital sensors, and electronic devices.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules by using standard operating procedures, minimizing equipment wear and failures.
• Accurately use assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain the good working condition of all required tools and supplies required to complete the tasks.
• Safely rig and relocate equipment utilizing the appropriate lifting techniques and tools

Desired Education Requirements And Work Experience
