Job summary

RAK Motors is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to bridge customers and the workshop. You will open job cards, coordinate with technicians, prepare estimates, and keep customers updated to prevent invoice surprises.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a service-advisor role, is fluent in Arabic and English, can explain technical issues in plain language, stays organized under pressure, and holds a valid UAE driving license. The role is on-site in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing workshop role.
• Fluent/Strong command of both Arabic and English (Required).
• Comfortable explaining technical issues in plain language.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license.
