Job summary

DAMAC Properties in Dubai is seeking an experienced analytics professional to act as a trusted partner, delivering workforce intelligence, forecasting accuracy and reporting governance that enables informed business decisions.

You will develop decision-ready Power BI dashboards, apply AI in reporting, automate data processes with Power Automate, and present concise executive narratives to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Power BI experience (mandatory).
• Strong workforce analytics, reporting and forecasting experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI within reporting, analytics or workforce planning.
• Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros and data automation expertise.
• Hands-on Microsoft Forms and Power Automate experience.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce reporting, forecasting and BI deliverables.
• Develop decision-ready Power BI dashboards and workforce insight frameworks.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting quality and forecasting accuracy.
• Provide analytical recommendations on workforce utilization, productivity and capacity trends.
• Support leadership reviews through concise executive presentations and business narratives.
