Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC (EITC) in Dubai seeks a senior Wholesale Mobility professional to drive revenue, margins and cost efficiency across Voice, Roaming and Messaging businesses.

You will manage ~250 roaming agreements worldwide, lead commercial negotiations, optimize partnerships, and contribute to new business development in IoT, IoV, 5G monetization and related services, with a strong focus on risk, compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Wholesale Mobility Business.
• Strong ability to identify and develop new business, revenue and margin opportunities.
• Expert commercial and technical knowledge of Wholesale Voice, Roaming and Messaging businesses.
• Knowledge of emerging wholesale services, including IoV, M2M, global travel eSIM, satellite, access numbers, 5G, VoLTE and Steering of Roaming.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills & track record of maintaining relationships with large customers and business partners.
• Ability to analyse traffic, revenue, profitability and partner-performance information.
• Knowledge of wholesale business-management systems such as CSG, Mobileum, Syniverse, Nextgen and SharePoint.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder-management and commercial communication skills.

Responsibilities

• P&L: Contribute to revenue targets, margin, cost and quality KPI’s for existing and new businesses.
• Roaming Agreements: Manage ~250 Preferred Roaming Agreements with roaming partners globally.
• Knowledge Base: Expert in commercial and operational aspects of Wholesale Voice, Roaming and Messaging.
• New Business Development: Contribute to growth in messaging, IoT, IoV, 5G monetization and roaming services.
• Business Operations: Manage negotiations, approvals, quality management and deal fulfillment.
• Product Launch: Participate in launch process for products, services, interconnects and testing.
• Partner Performance: Manage partner performance and senior-level relationships to drive growth.
• Data Analytics: Monitor market trends, profitability and revenue forecasting for data-driven decisions.
• Global Events: Represent EITC at wholesale events like ITW, PTC, WAS, Capacity.
• Systems & Tools: Utilize wholesale management systems like CSG, Mobileum, Syniverse, Nextgen, SharePoint.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk management framework and governance.
