Job summary

Blake Anderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager for a leading UAE consultancy. The role focuses on planning, design management, authority coordination, and execution of complex master-planned infrastructure projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering with deep wet utilities expertise and a track record delivering end-to-end handover to authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Chartered status (CEng/MICE) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive infrastructure engineering and project management experience in UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure design and delivery across master-planned developments (residential, mixed-use, hospitality).
• Act as SME for wet utilities including potable water, irrigation, sewerage, stormwater, TSE, pumping stations.
• Review design submissions, calculations, BIM/CAD drawings for quality and compliance.
• Lead engagement with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense) to secure approvals and NOCs.
• Coordinate with client leadership, engineers, sub-consultants, and contractors to align design interfaces.
• Oversee consultant performance, procurement support, bid evaluations, and risk mitigation.
