Job summary

Cameron, a Schlumberger company, in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai region, seeks a Senior Completion & Well Intervention Engineer to oversee completions and workovers, develop programs and AFEs, and provide technical leadership on site.

You will supervise Field Engineer Trainees and junior engineers, coordinate with Subsurface and Production teams, review designs and safety requirements, and ensure compliant, cost-effective well operations across rigs or rigless projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in completion and/or workover engineering.
• Ability to mentor field engineers and junior staff on site.
• Familiarity with IPM standards, regulatory safety requirements and QA/QC.
• Experience reviewing hardware design basis and tool compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Review hardware compatibility, pressure/setting requirements.
• Prepare completion/workover programs, AFEs and time estimates.
• Supervise field teams, participate in critical operations on site.
• Monitor costs vs AFE and progress against plan.
• Ensure IPM barrier standards during BOP removal and tree installation.
